AMBA是德国螺栓制造设备公司（专为“长”螺栓设计），我们供应一种全新概念的螺栓制造设备。从切料，成型，搓牙（碾牙）和拉直等直到成品：整个生产流程的操作步骤全部由一台单一的设备来完成。是特别用来生产“长”螺杆从长600毫米(直径是6毫米)，到1500毫米（直径是14毫米）的螺栓。（也可根据客户的产品量身定制设备）

CPM’s simulation software includes essy-form (3D simulation package for bulk metal forming); essy-2-form (2D simulation package for forging) and essy-DieOpt for layout and analysis of die and punch systerms using pre-stressing rings to opimise tooling design and tool life. All of the system address all industries and research labs dealing with metal forming and can be used for complex process analysis and optimisation as well as for the daily process design work.

AMBA is the Germany bolt-maker company(for long parts).we provide a new conception boltmaker machine.Cutting, forming, threading and straitening till the final products: This whole process steps are all done in one single machine.AMBA Boltmakers make bolts with a long shaft from 600 mm (dia 6mm) to 1500 mm for diameter 14 mm. (we can also provide customization machine for customer)
