雷逊汽车配件(上海)有限公司是生产汽车紧固件的专业企业，具有五十多年的历史。目前生产各种汽车紧固件，应用于汽车、摩托车、柴油机、航天、民用、出口等方面。
主要产品是非金属嵌件六角锁紧螺母（DIN系列、美制系列）、六角法兰面螺母（DIN系列、GM系列）、全金属锁紧螺母（DIN系列、GM系列）、四方焊接螺母（DIN928系列）、六角焊接螺母（DIN929系列）、各种非标组合螺母。螺母的强度等级为6、8、9、10级。生产轮胎螺栓（DIN-ISO898）、安全带螺栓、门铰链螺栓、焊接螺栓、带垫组合螺栓等高强度汽车螺栓，强度等级为8.8、10.9、12.9级。
产品加工全部采用进口设备，有高速多工位冷镦机（瑞士哈特贝尔公司）、滚丝机（德国M.W.M.公司）、自动攻丝机（台湾TK公司）、自动收口机（台湾TK公司）、热处理保护气氛生产线（瑞士SAFED公司）作为产品质量的保障。
本公司拥有齐全的试验设备进行工艺试验、型式试验和出厂检验（无损全数检测）。
主要顾客：上海大众、一汽大众、一汽、北京奔驰、华晨金杯、上海爱德夏、安徽爱德夏、天津夏利、江西江铃、通用五菱、医疗设备、健身器材等厂家。

General Situation of the Company
Lisi Automotive (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise with a history of more than 50 years, which produces automotive fasteners. We produce various kinds of automotive fasteners, which are applied to automobile, motorcycle, diesel engine, space flight, civil, respect, exporting and etc.
Our main products are nonmetal inlayed hex lock nuts (DIN series and American Made series), hex flange nuts, (DIN series and GM series), full metal lock nuts (DIN series and GM series), quadrangle welded nuts (DIN 928 series) and all kinds of non-standard nuts combinations. The strength of the nuts is of 6, 8, 9, and 10 grades. The strength of the high strength bolt and bolt –washer combination we made is of 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 grades.
We use imported machines in our process. We have high-speed multi-process cold forming machines (From Swiss Hatebur Co., Ltd.), rolling machines (From Germany M. W. M. Company), auto-drilling machines (From Taiwan TK Company), auto nylon-nut locked combining machines (From Taiwan TK Company), heat treatment protective atmosphere line (From Swiss Safed Co., Ltd.), which fully ensure products’ quality.
We have complete testing machines to make test on crafts, types and products (full test of injury-free.).
Our main customers are: SVW, FAW-VW, FAW, BBDC, Huachen Jinbei, Edscha Shanghai, Edscha Anhui, Tianjing Xiali, jiangxi Kawasisu, SGMW, medicine facility plants, health care facility producer, etc.
We make all of our effort to follow the ISO/TS16949: 2002 quality management system in order to ensure that our products could meet the customers’ requirements and thus we can run the company more efficiently.
