RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reports to the CEO
• Manage Quality for the whole site,
• In accordance with France’s Headquarters quality system, he / she shall design Shanghai’s site quality system, with the support of local Department Managers.
• Responsible internally for the quality system management, as well externally with our suppliers and subcontractors.
• Responsible for quality training for all the staff.
• Responsible for designing and enforcing continuous improvement tools, and of their effective enforcement to guarantee the full mastering of our processes, costs and timeliness as of customer requirements.
• Measure and analyze customer’s satisfaction
• Manage a team of local controllers.
As a lean organization, it requires the daily hands-on leadership of the Quality Manager, who will also act as a member of the local management team. It implies that the candidate must be proactive, possess sound business acumen, a teamwork disposition and excellent analytical and communications skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Engineer degree
• At least 3 years experience in the same position with an international company.
• Acute knowledge of products quality standards for the related products (ISO, DIN,..), as well their Chinese GB counterpart.
• Sounding knowledge of cold forming, and products production processes.
• Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of an ERP is preferred.
• A good command of English language (written and spoken) is necessary in order to keep substantial exchanges and reporting with the Company’s Headquarters in France.
